2. Purpose Of The App
The Business of Dentistry app is provided to support attendees of Beyond The Chair 2026.
The app may be used to:

• explore the agenda, speakers and workshops
• access sponsor and exhibitor information
• receive event updates and notifications
• use attendee networking features, where enabled
• request or manage meetings, where enabled
• take part in polls, Q&A, feedback or social features, where enabled
• contact the event team through support features, where enabled
The app is intended for event-related use only.
3. App Access
You may need to register, log in or provide event-related details to access parts of the app.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity carried out through your account.
You must not allow another person to use your account without permission.
We may restrict, suspend or remove access to the app where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached, the app is being misused, or access needs to be restricted for security, event management or legal reasons.

Views expressed by speakers, sponsors, exhibitors or attendees are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of Bizdent Ltd or The Business of Dentistry.

The app is powered by Eventify.
Your use of the app may also be subject to Eventify’s own platform terms, privacy policy and acceptable use requirements. Eventify’s own Terms of Use state that Eventify provides a digital app-building platform for event organisers to create branded mobile event applications. (eventify.io)
Eventify’s own terms file provided for this event states that customer data will be securely deleted from the system within 30 days after the licence end date, or sooner if requested.

• we are required to do so by law, Eventify, an app store, or another relevant authority
